We realised a little while ago that we had never introduced the whole team to our readers. Let us now remedy to that.<\/div>\n

You all certainly already know our stable manager Charlotta Gripenstam<\/strong> and our riders Berglind Tryggvason \u00deorvaldsd\u00f3ttir<\/strong> and Jennifer Evel\u00f6nn<\/strong> so we will not linger on them today.<\/div>\n

Another rider of the Pur Cheval team is Tha\u00efna Lemp\u00e9ri\u00e8re<\/strong> who rides our mare Hr\u00edsey fr\u00e1 Langholtsparti<\/strong>. The couple was formed this winter with the goal of competing and reaching the world championships<\/strong> in Herning, Denmark this summer.<\/div>\n

Svanhv\u00edt Kristj\u00e1nsd\u00f3ttir<\/strong>, as you probably had noticed before, is our main trainer and coach. Svana (as she is more commonly called) is and\u00a0FT<\/strong> (f\u00e9lag tamningamanna<\/strong><\/a>) trainer and a high level rider in Iceland who has for example ridden at Landsm\u00f3t<\/strong>.\u00a0She is also very involved in the training of our horses in Iceland. Svana is the owner of the breeding farm Halakot<\/strong> (Halakoti) situated a little outside Selfoss, on the south coast of Iceland.<\/div>\n

We also have recruited a young Swedish girl:\u00a0Stina Johansson<\/strong>. She will stay with us until November. Her main task will be to take care of the horses and also to be responsible for the stable when Charlotta, Berglind and Jennifer are away or competing.<\/div>\n
